The Carriage House at Twelve Oaks is located near Mariposa, California and Yosemite National Park. It is conveniently situated midway between Highway 140 and Highway 41 entrances to Yosemite; about 37 miles either way. Large country setting private studio accommodates up to four people.

Rates and Policies

The Carriage House rents for $145.00 per night for up to 3 persons. 4th person add $25.00 per night.
$145.00 deposit to hold your reservation.
2-night minimum, 3-night minimum on holidays.
Weekly rates $812.00. up to 4 persons.
$400.00 deposit to hold your reservation.
Local tax and Fees (11%) will be added to the room rate.
Check-in anytime after 4:00 p.m. It's a private entrance, so late arrivals won't disturb anyone else.
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
Open all year.
48-hours cancellation notice for refund.
14-day cancellation notice required for holiday periods.
